Kind service from reception staff to assist guests.

Unfortunately, the hotel is quite run down and shows significant wear and tear. The corners of the room were quite dirty, and the cabinets needed a good wipe down. I also encountered some bugs while settling in, which made me feel uncomfortable throughout my stay.
